How to lose belly fat?
Are you doing tons of crunches and seeing no change in your abdominal area?
I am going to keep making these posts until I stop getting tons of emails and messages asking what workouts one can do to lose belly fat!!
There are none. WE CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT!!!!!
We exercise to grow muscle, because muscle does not grow on its own. How we eat combined with exercise gets rid of overall body fat. The exercises that we do (legs, abs, arms, etc) does not make us lose fat in that specific area. It promotes OVERALL body fat loss, but helps GROW muscle in that area.
In simple terms, exercise AND how we eat are a team in creating lean muscle and overall fat loss.
So when all these “influencers” are telling you that you can have “snatched abs, reduce belly fat, get rid of your belly pooch” by doing their workouts or buying their “Whatever Week ab program” it’s for $ in their pocket, likes and follows…...
I said what I said.
How you eat and exercise. It’s simple, no one wants to hear that….it won’t get me likes, follows or $……but it’s HOW we lose fat. There are no short cuts.
