Every persons calorie deficit to lose weight is different based on their age, height, weight and activity level. There are several free online calculators that can help you calculate yours. Make sure when you plug in your information to not over estimate your activity level. Healthy, SUSTAINABLE weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. Be realistic when answering the amount of time to lose the weight. If you under eat (eating below your deficit) that will slow your metabolism and possibly slow/stop your weight loss!
