“How are you so motivated!?” That’s a common question! The answer is…I’m not!
As a trainer, I’m not naive enough to think that everyone will be motivated all the time. As a person, I know that we are all fighting battles in life that leave us drainer at times and motivation is hard to come by.
Consistency becomes part of our routine. Routine becomes a habit. A habit becomes part of a healthy lifestyle.
Start with one goal until you can do it consistently. Keep adding!
