DOES “SKINNY”= Happiness?
Being “skinny” didn’t mean I was happy. Being overweight wasn’t the reason I was unhappy. “Happy” comes from inside!
So many of us are chasing the weight on the scale, being a certain size or trying to be “skinny,” thinking THAT will make us happy. There’s a HUGE connection between our mental and physical health. Moving more, eating to fuel our bodies not only helps our physical health, but how we feel as well.
Working out is a privilege. Eating to make our bodies feel good is essential. You only get one life! Do it for YOU!
